After staying awake essentially all week because of essays and shit for other classes, I totally forgot about a test in my history class. So as I man up and take the test totally unprepared, the dude beside me has a big sheet full of notes beside him that the Prof doesnt notice. I got a 60 as this dude got a 95. I was soo close to punching him in the head when I saw him later, but I didn’t. Should I be pissed, or turn the dude in or what. I don’t know how to feel.

Seems to me you got “The Hater” in you, bro. He may seem like a sleaze but you’re actually not giving him enough credit. Like you, studying was not an option (for whatever reason) and rather than roll over and take it, the kid thought practical and got the A. You may be brave, but he was smart. He did what he had to do to ace the test and in many situations, thats commendable. More importantly, you’re a guy, dude. Guys don’t rat. It’s Guy Code, ask around.

Now I don’t condone cheating, but you have to look at it this way: he put himself at risk by cheating NOT YOU, and he succeeded. Why take that away from him? What do you have to gain? Self satisfaction because you feel he doesn’t deserve it? That’s called hating bro, and I doubt you’d want someone to pull that on you.

Ease up, manage your own time, and rock the next exam. Cheating doesn’t take you all the way, only over a couple hurdles so he’ll get his. Meanwhile, should you need to get over a few hurdles yourself, take a few notes!
